Use this sheet before trying a new AI tool on real work.

## 1. The task

What specific job do you want to improve? Who does it now, and what takes the most time?

## 2. The result

What would a useful result look like? How would you know it is better than the current way?

## 3. The information

What would you need to give the tool? Do not enter passwords or private customer, staff, student, citizen or beneficiary records without approval.

## 4. The test

Choose one small example. Keep the original process available while you compare the output.

## 5. The checks

Which facts, figures, sources, permissions and quality points need human review? Who signs off?

## 6. The decision

After the test, record what worked, what failed, the actual cost and the next step: adopt, revise, or stop.
